One must say that this looks way more severe on the macros than on the wrist. Other than that, clean original dial. The watch houses the automatic movement Eterna 1489K that is pivoted on 17 Jewels. It winds well & runs very good. This is a movement that can also be wound by hand & features a quick set date function which is quite handy. The case shows signs of age like scratches & dents but is overall in well preserved condition. The crown is original. Overall a really nice & well running Swiss classic. For your consideration is this lovely 1960s EBEL watch from the 1960s. This one is overall in very nice condition. It runs good & looks beautiful on the wrist. I have put a new Hirsch bracelet on it. Condition: Condition Case: 7/10 The case has scratches & some minor flaking on the edges. Overall very very well preserved in respect of the age Condition Dial: 7/10 The dial has mild patina that is even - The dial is original & well readable. The hands show some flaking but the loom is intact Condition Movement: 8/10 Unrevised movement runs immediately & quite accurate Accuracy: -11 seconds // Amplitude: 232 degrees. For your consideration is this very elegant two-handed dresswatch by Swiss manufacturer Ernest Borel. The company is one of the most traditional Swiss watchmaking companies & was founded in 1856 in Neuchâtel. This fully mechanical watch consists of a gold plated steel case that houses a beautiful & well running Cal.1525 by Swiss company Adolph Schild, Grenchen, Swiss. The watch is set up as a two hand-setup. So, there is no visible seconds-hand which makes the already slick looking dial even more reduced & elegant designwise. Taking about the dial. Here we have a well preserved silver-sunburst dial with the companies name under 12 but otherwise no numbers but simple markers in gold. Very elegant design. The watch is delivered with a brand new "Hirsch" leather strap with lizard print. Tech Notes: Movement runs & keeps time. Setting works smooth. Winding works.
