MADE TO ORDER - this piece will take me 6-10 weeks to craft, paint & finalize shipping! Photos serve as example & show my first Toruk Visor. Small differences may occur due to it's handcrafted nature. A ritualistic Na'Vi Visor from the Tayrangi Tribe, made as tribute to Toruk - The Last Shadow, uniquely handcrafted by yours truly. This is a rare artefact brought from the seventh expedition of the feral moon Pandora - retrieved from the wrecks of an RDA vessel's wreckage. The Tayrangi are masters of the air, & their clan sign features the Toruk. This Visor as worn as ritual costumery mask, while riding an Ikran fashioned in Toruk's colors & paints. The masked rider & his Ikran are a central part of an ritual performance in flight. This piece is not casted or 3D-printed - It is completely sculpted & carved by hand. The leathertextures, braids & the five claws/fangs are sculpted from polymerclay with as much detail as possible. The Shimmerfly wings are handcut from plastic & painted individually, with no stencils used. The piece is painted with Citadel Colors in the hues of a Leonopteryx & it has a coat of protective varnish opf the backside. Four long handbraided laces are attached to the Visor for either wearing or to hang it at display. Two laces are braided from dark red wool, while the top ones are braided from heavier brown cotton yarn. Decorated with four macaw feathers in bright orange & blue. Lifesize! For wearing I recommend to use additional hairclips/bobby pins to secure the laces, or to use Mastix to fix the piece on the forehead when worn for longer time periods (like on a convetion or longer photoshoot.)
