The Story Behind the Design There is something magical about giving new life to forgotten treasures. This skirt is a labor of love, born from my passion for high-end upcycling & zero-waste philosophy. I took a pair of authentic G Star Raw denim jeansa masterpiece of industrial designand reimagined them as a bold, avant-garde maxi skirt. It's not just clothing; it's a statement of individuality & conscious luxury. The Fabric & Feel I carefully selected each element to create a perfect harmony of textures. The foundation is premium G Star denim, known for its character & durability. The body of the skirt is crafted from a sophisticated plaid taffeta that has a beautiful, subtle sheen. To finish the hem, I used a rare vintage jacquard featuring intricate warrior motifs. Both the taffeta & jacquard are medium-weight, creating a balanced feel that isn't heavy but has a wonderful, elegant presence. Handcrafted Details The hem is my favorite part. Instead of a simple fold, I created a deep artisan border using the jacquard as a structural frame. This gives the skirt a stunning architectural volume & a drape that moves beautifully with you. It's a detail you won't find in mass-produced fashion. Measurements & Fit Waist: 78 cm (Designed for versatilitywear it high at your natural waist or lower on the hips for a more relaxed, effortless look). Length: 90 cm. Size: Marked as W24, but thanks to the reconstruction, it best fits a modern XS or a slim S.
