Ears, trunk, tusks & adjustable head strap. Also includes a set of round eye blanks (round or oval cut out, you decide). I can include an eye mesh of your prefered color as well. Just ask! High quality, made for me to work with, but I'm selling it, bc after 2y sitting on my shelf it's not up ot my current standards anymore.
