T-shirt printed with a watercolor painting depicting the box jellyfish, Alatina alata. Box jellies of the class Cubozoa have cubic-shaped bodies with tentacles placed only at the four corners of the cube. Box jellies possess venomous nematocysts on their tentacles to protect them from predation. While a sting from the box jelly Chironex fleckeri can be fatal, that of Alatina alata is severely painful but usually not fatal. This t-shirt is soft & lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It's comfortable & flattering for both men & women. 100% combed & ring-spun cotton (heather colors contain polyester) Fabric weight: 4.2 oz (142 g/m2) Shoulder-to-shoulder taping Side-seamed Please note that the color scheme of the design is slightly different between the white t-shirt & the darker color t-shirts.
